Keep fit fanatic Bethan Thomson is running the Race for Life at Caernarfon for the second time this year. It is a special event for her as her husband Dougie died of cancer after just 12 months of marriage and she is taking part in his memory and that of her grandmother who also died of the disease.
Bethan, who sings with Cor y Gogledd, will be part of the Dafydd Hardy estate agents team which it is hoped will be even bigger than last year.
Bethan works at Dafydd Hardy in Caernarfon as a senior sales negotioator where she loves the buzz of helping people buy and sell their homes. Here she will tell us all about her preparations for the event and her motivation for taking part.

6 weeks has gone by since I last blogged.
I have been busy with the choir but I have been jogging on Lon Arfon and going to the gym once or twice a week.
I am still waiting for the weather to warm up. I feel know that the sponorships have started to come in
